The ONLY information REQUIRED to be completed are the five fields in the Registration Information:

Username: (be creative and appropriate)
E-mail Address: (use a current one, you'll receive your approval through an e-mail)
Password & Confirm Password
Confirmation Code: (Type the  EXACTLY as it appears in the box above)

AND

One field in the Profile Information:

Signature: (required Information to Verify Identity and Membership Status)
THIS BOX MUST CONTAIN:

1) Member's Name
2) Member's Address (Street, City and State)
3) U.S. HOG Number

You'll receive notification that your registration has been submitted and is pending approval.

Once your Identity is validated and your Membership status is confirmed to be in good standing your account will be activated and notification will be sent to the e-mail address you submitted.
